Developing a vision and language for leadership
This programme for current Middle Leaders with the aim to help them to identify their key priorities and then support them with precise action planning to address these. We would therefore encourage delegates to bring their department improvement/development plan. The four sessions will be led by Senior Leaders and encourage reflection and the development of a clear vision. In the final session delegates will be put into coaching trios in order to challenge each other and to unpick their next steps.
